They have formats online for all kinds of cards, labels, etc.

You can go to "Design online" to create and print stuff right on their site or...

Click on software/templates and download their software for free or...

If you are using Microsoft Word, you can just download the template you need. Word may already have a built in template under "Envelopes and Labels" if you have that.

This feature should be built-in to your printer driver. read your printer's User Manual for more info.
