Well, nowadays Cricket is so professional that no body is prepared to commit a mistake and get caught with the selectors only to drop him out of the team. If a player wants to hit six sixes in an over, he would not take it at the risk of losing his wicket. Very tough in a test too. I think batsmen nowadays are more mature and sensible.

For a batsman to hit six sixes in an over, there should be two reasons.

1. He should be in peak of form and confidence to dispatch six sixes in an over.

2. He needs to be stupid enough to take that risk. Well, if it pays off, well and fine.

I think Afridi is a better candidate, because he doesnt care for the match situation and can be insensible sometimes...lol..

Hmm..Lets see...Wont take long though...lol

Afridi can only do it against a third class bowler on a flat wicket.

On a bouncy or turning wicked Afridi = 0

Yuvraj scored those 6 sixes against a full time fast bowler on a bouncy track. So no comarison at all.

Nothing is impossible. Don't be surprised if Murali boy scores 6 against Kumble, lol
That's cricket for you. Anything can happen.

I think Gayle,Gibbs,Yuvraj & Dhoni are the guys that can do it against a quality bowler

That has never happen before. But we've seen six fours in an over. Lot's of teams have done it before teams like, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and England....

May be at the end of a dull and dreary drawn test or in a one sided match between unequal teams.
May not be possible in a keenly fought test.
