Well, I remember few Christmas's ago I fell in love with these pearl earings- they weren't REAL pearl earings- because real pearls will cost a whole lot. I told my husband about them & he got them for me- they were only about $80 something dollars. They're real gold 14 karats & the pearls dont fade or peal like some fake ones. That same year, he got me the necklace to go with it, the pearl and has a tiny, real diamond on it with the necklace, it cost a little less than the earings---- & guess where he purchased it???? BJ's Baby, in the jewelry department. LOL It's kind of funny to some of you, but I go shopping there a lot & passing by the jewelry dept. I seen it, & liked it, so my hubby got it for me. If you want to purchase those types of necklaces, that are real but not 100% try BJ's, Kay jewelry, You can also try Wal-Mart- I'm pretty sure they'll have something nice like that, that won't cost you a fortune. Now if she want's 100% real one- send her to hell- because they cost a lot & she doesn't wan't you for you, she wants your money & goodies from you. You can try giving her a free pearl necklace of N-U-T that won't cost you a penny, just a little work with your hand- if you know what I mean- if its the type of pearl necklace she's talking about.
Good luck.

Do you have any connections in China? There are so many pearl farms there that you can get a necklace for very cheap. There are pearl dealers everywhere. Like $10 to $20 one that would cost over $100 in the US. And they are real pearls. Otherwise you will have to go to a jewelry store and drain your bank account, or try to fool her with some beads.
As far as the ZZ top kind of pearl necklace, I guess I learn something new everyday! That is pretty disgusting! I thought it literally meant pearl necklace until I saw the lyrics.

A pearl necklace can run you from a couple hundred to a couple grand.
As to where...Department Stores (low-end pearls generally), to Jewelry Stores.
If you two are serious enough that you want to do this, do some research before you go, so you don't end up stung!
Incidentally...if she's a sloopy drinker, pearls might not be a good idea. They disolve in wine.

Did she say anything about what kind of pearl that she wanted? My Mom bought her Mom a beautiful pearl necklace, but it was the kind where they are different colors. I forget what it's called. But, be more specific and I can try to help you, =).

Dont get me incorrect by way of fact there have been some issues Justin Bieber did that i myself did no longer understand why he could do or say something like that and that i finished up no longer liking him that a lot the two and that i additionally theory he replaced into making a downward spiral for him. I in simple terms think of that before he replaced right into a candy harmless little guy making song and then some stuff befell surrounding him and that i think of now he in simple terms desires to make song. he will proably in no way be that harmless back...yet...I advise, he's making an attempt. Haha, do no longer problem i'm no longer a belieber I in simple terms think of he mandatory to get a certainty verify inspite of each thing that stuff that befell and he did and that i think of he's now inspite of each thing that stuff he did.

Pearl necklace - by ZZ Top
Shes really upset with me again,
I didnt give her what she likes.
I dont know what to tell her,
Dont know what to say.
Everything got funky last night.
She was really bombed,
And I was really blown away,
Until I asked her what she wanted,
And this is what she had to say:
A pearl necklace.
She wanna pearl necklace.
She wanna pearl necklace.
She gets a charge out of bein so weird,
Digs gettin downright strange.
But I can keep a handle on anything,
Just this side of deranged.
She was gettin bombed,
And I was gettin blown away,
And she held it in her hand
And this is what she had to say:
A pearl necklace.
She wanna pearl necklace.
She wanna pearl necklace.
Shes so cold, as pure as the driven slush.
And thats not jewelry shes talkinabout,
It really dont cost that much.
She was gettin bombed,
And I was gettin blown away,
And she took it in her hand,
And this is what she had to say:
A pearl necklace.
She wanna pearl necklace.
She wanna pearl necklace.
