Should Christian based churches bring a class action suit against the US Government for violating the 1st amendment rights and of course their right to practice religion? You konw freedom of religion to exercise it when you desire.

The first amendment does not guarantee you the right worship where and when you desire it guarantees "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;. Its says congress shall make no laws restricting it.
However, that does not excuse them displaying Muslim, a religion that a vast majority of its membership believe our nation needs to be destroyed, items.

A class action lawsuit should be considered, but that is not necessarily the ONLY way to bring about some sort of equality in schools. You are right, that Bibles and prayer have been effectively deleted from our schools, and replaced with other religious beliefs, such as evolution. Some scientists misrepresent "The Theory of Evolution" as the fact of evolution, which I am adamantly opposed to. Even TV shows such as the Discovery chanel misrepresent the THEORY of Evolution as fact, when they say, this or that animal has been her 100 million years.
They should, more accurately say, "According to evolutionary theory, this animal has been here 100 million years, however Biblical timetables show that it to be more like twenty Thousand years"
The THEORY of Evolution is still not proven, and is widely disputed. To represent the opinion of a few scientists who will stop at nothing to ensure their Theory is fact, is a slap in the face to others, and I wont ever donate to the Discovery Chanel, because of this. I love the Discovery chanel, but hate them misrepresenting evolution as fact.

all or nothing. I'd like a source about where this is happening, please.
Added. if you don't like something happening at your local school go to meetings. maybe lady sable could share the name of the school district she lives in,then we could look up the rules for that district.
I know what the schools here teach,I've been involved for 10 years so far. They say the POA every morning,no religion is taught there, but I don't live in a divided community. My biggest complaint is too much time spent on proficiency tests.

Public schools do not allow any religiously-affiliated items to be blatantly displayed.
I just love the way people make vague claims like this (could only be referring to private schools which set their own behavior and dress codes) as an attempt to bash ideologies they don't like.
If you want to look reputable, at least post a link that TRIES to make itself look neutral.

Absolutely. the Government just banned the quote for each of the 13 foldings of the Flag at a veterans funeral because of Gods name being in it. One complaint caused this. What a shame and we wonder why our country is in trouble. So now the folding of the flag must be done in silence.Another freedom taken away because of one person like prayer out of school because of one person.

I haven't seen Muslim or Jewish displays in public schools. Do you have a link to this? And if there were displays, I'd like them removed. Religion belongs in the church, mosque, temple and the home. Not in schools.

I had no idea that Christian religious items weren't allowed to be displayed.
All those nativity scenes I see around Christmas, those aren't Christian?

Indeed they should!
My sons cannot bring a Bible to school with them yet they are forced (mandated) to study the Quran.
Though I don't agree with how many interpret the "separation of church and state" , I'd be willing to flip flop myself to get this abomination removed from our schools!
ETA - It doesn't matter what school district you are in or what state for that matter. This is a federal requirement of all public school systems. Those that aren't aware do not inform themselves of what is going on in their own school systems or don't take interest in what methods are being used to brainwash our children.

Those are Muslim and Jewish schools. You will find Catholic symbols in Catholic schools.
You need to differentiate between private and public schools.
