Plugging out the keyboard didn't give a hint either.
(And no, i'm not running Windows... I need an old computer to run an very old program and to connect to an very old Emco machine (at least ISA slot is needed, if not older...).

Try shift+ctrl+alt+del all at the same time. will post more if I find them.

Anyways.... looks like you tried all the obvious keys, the only question I have is, are you using a USB keyboard? It might not be loaded by the time you are pressing the keys.

when i googled for "key to enter BIOS of an Olivetti M4 (80486)" i found a pdf file check that out but its not in english:

Google also displays some key combination like:
Strg + Enter Alt + Strg + F1 Alt + Enter ...

Please google and see..

I serviced them decades ago, but I can't remember that far back.

I got lots of hits, surprisingly.
