agree with the other one, i used to get like that in the morning if i would eat late or took my allergy med at nite, i would wake up in the morning feeling horrible and sick i couldnt eat
i think maybe it could be anxiety
are you getting enough to sleep? do you relax before bed, or do you think about things and do things then to go sleep, maybe try just relaxing before bed, drink some tea or something and see if you eat anything before bed lately or take meds

It could be stress or maybe it's a medical problem. Are you stressed at school or work? You could try breathing exercises or meditation to help relax you. Go see a Doctor to make sure you don't have an ulcer or another stomach problem. Make sure they listen to you and do some tests to be sure it's not anything serious. If the tests come back OK, maybe a counselor would help to figure out what is stressing you out.

I used to throw up every morning because I was soooo stressed out. I still get nauseous sometimes though just not as much as before. Just try and relax and get rid of any stress in your life and don't worry so much if you do.

Do you take any pills in the morning? Medication or vitamins? I know that if I take a vitamin or any pill before eating, I get that feeling. Now I take my vitamins and any other pills at night before bed.

♥ I had this occur and when I went to the doctors he found that my sinuses were draining down the back of my throat causing me to feel nauseous. He prescribed me some pills that I was to take when I felt nauseous and they worked like a charm. :-)

I wonder if you blood sugar is too low in the morning...suggest you see your doctor to see if you can be tested for hypoglycemia.
