well it was proved the immis landing at dover ate the swans at lakeside in essex...
we see the swans as royal birds, they see em like macdonalds... only bigger.
immis dont have the same cultural reticence as we do.. (im English) we know the law... and respect it
they DON'T... simple as that

I recently heard a story from a friend about this
He told me that the swans in London NW10, on the Grand Union Canal were being caught and eaten by Albanians.
They are obviously oblivious to any concept of the ownership of the swans. They dont need to speak or read english as they have satelite TV and all of their benefit forms come in albanian.

Some immigrants kill and eat swans. To them they are a food source and not a protected beautiful creature.
I could say more but it would not be politically correct and the Thought Police will get me.

Don't know about the swans hun - but where I live all the local parks that have ponds in them have been getting the ducks stolen and ate!
It was in our local paper that the immigrants thought they were safe to eat and had been taking them for food -

Sorry to say it has been some of our emigrant workers who were not aware of our laws and think they are easy free meals. There were a lot taken from the River Lea I read in the newspapers last year.

I dont think ANYONE is eating UK swans, as its illiegal to kill a swan as they all belong to the queen.
