i need nvidia riva tnt2 driver for windows vista x86 ultimate. I haven't found it in nvidia website.plz help.thanks.

That card is older than my grandkids. The nvidia riva tnt2 graphics card is NOT Vista compatible, period. It's all explained on the Vista website.

TIP: If you want to use Vista, buy a Vista compatible computer.
