From a legal assistant:

Declare revocation from the agreement
BUT, you may have to pay legal fees and depending on your case(s) and the longivity of your case, the fees could be huge.

You do it in writing. Then file it at the County Clerk's Office (or some similar office). You gotta make it public or someone who relies on the "revoked" power may say they had no notice that it was revoked.

If you are trying to get the person acting as your attorney to stop, then send an original (make several originals of the revocation) to the person, certified, return receipt requested. If you want immediate action, use a courier and direct the courier to get the person's signature on the delivery receipt.

You go to a notary or an attorney and tell they you want to relinquish a power of attorney, they will help you.

Power of attorney can be relinquished anytime because it is a discretionary act.
