its not hard to guess
well all the reasons combined.
I could fly, swim, get lots of food seeing asthere would be almost anything to choose from dead or alive. I could be by my self or come in contact with others maby score someone to have me as a pet. the vet would come no where near me. I'd say the only problem would be scientest following me around.
and if you don't count dragon
then a wolf or dolphin.

I want to be a peregrine falcon. The fastest and deadliest bird in the world. I may be hunted by poachers, but hunting fast sounds good to me ... mind you, I have no idea about the first thing on birds' lives, lol, but I'd love to fly ^^ And speed is a sort of power on its own.

Definitely a sea turtle. Live for ages, swim only in warm water, maybe meet a fish called Dory or Marlin (finding nemo)...
