DEAR FRIEND
Once you got engaged, there is a life made out for you. Things are getting settled.
you will have to reap the best from what all you are being given.
Hence you will try to assume responsibility and start thinking on many issues.
Thus the process of thinking and taking steps to implement makes the brain sharp and working more deeper.
You will try to know or recollect various things happened to your friends and definitely do not like that , bad experiences be not find place in your life.
All this process makes you more matured.
As it is said"Necessity is the Mother of Invention"
I is necessary to plan your life, so you go on invent ways and means for that. Thus you become more mature.

once I became engaged I felt like a woman. I felt more confident.
It's really odd, cos for the 26 years previous to that point I'd been telling everyone that marrage means nothing, it doesn't change anything. But when it happens you realise it makes everything different.
