Modern 'syndicate' boss's have learned, from our politicians, to have their 'runners/ thugs/sycophants/followers do the dirty work', and the boss's never make any public statements / actions which can lead to an "Indictment" of wrong doings.
Such is the program of Hillary / Billary as well as other politicians.
BTW. Have you ever noticed that when a politician gets caught doing something wrong, they automatically make a public statement: "I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG" !!!
As long as a politician is following the paths, whereby the other politicians are trotting, regardless of the offense / wrong, they 'ARE DOING NOTHING WRONG' !!!
Politics/ crime - politics / crime - politics/ crime , all of the time.

Personally I think if you look up the definition of crime syndicate you would find that her campaign model and her life are a crime syndicate.
