Double click, or right click & choose "Adjust time" on that little "mini clock on the bottom right hand side of the monitor".
People: don't forget double clicking, right clicking, and drop down menus before you panick and ask. Those options answer a multitude of questions. You'd be surprised what you can figure out all by yourself.
Exact time? Another wonderful internet tool: Google and type in "exact time"

Yeah, right click on the mini time clock. Then click "adjust date/time".
You can change the time and time zone, however with the EDT Daylight Saving issue last year, when it started earlier and ended later in the year, Microsoft had to issue patches for those running Windows 2000. It sucked here at the office installing patches and updating the new daylight saving time window.

Hi,
I assume your operating system is windows.
1. Put your mouse on the time - it ought t show you the date
2. Left double click on it and it will open a "Date and Time Properties" window.
3. Adjust the time
4. Click onto the next box - " Time Zone"
5. Form the drop down screen select your time zone.
6. Click onto the next box "Internet time"
7. tick the box "Automatically synchronise with an internet time server" - This will keep you up-to-date with your time zone.

To change the time, go to your start menu, then click on "control panel". Click on the icon saying "Date,time,language" and adjust your clock! Hope it helps!
