relax, its all the hormones. I'm 4 weeks 4 days, and this morning I snapped at my husband for asking me to get him a bowl of cereal. He usually never asks but it just pissed me off simply because I was already eating my bowl...LOL!
I also try not to cry for simple little things...or things I see on tv.
Enjoy your emotional rollercoaster...there's a lot more to come.

There is no way in Hell that you can have control of your emotions while your pregnant! Just like you can't control them when you are going through puberty, with all of those hormones you should be happy that you're even able to just argue let alone kill him! And you shouldn't go around all happy go lucky because then you're being fake and that puts even more strain on the baby. So just try and resolve things, spend some you time alone, just relax! Because I guarantee you if you did that you'd feel renewed. And then you don't have to worry about killing your husband until he does something wrong. But you can work through it, just take a breather and everything will be just fine! Oh and congrats!!!

You can and you can't. Sometimes it is easy to let something slip, but with the really big things.. you should be able to have a little bit of control. Hormones are some crazy stuff. I find that I get much more moody, because I can't sleep. Try sleeping a little extra and take a nap during the day if you can.

Oh boy - get ready - it's a roller coaster.
The first 3 months - wacko!!! the last three months - more wacko, you have a 3 month rest of not so crazy in the middle.
it's hormones, just calm down, and be happy for your situation, remember to control your words, and your reactions.
You need to try and be in control, yes fights will happen, but if you can control yourself at home, you will find you can control yourself at work, and in public. (with only minor crying fits and breakdowns.)
OH the joy of being a preggo -
Also keep in mind it's not only you who is on this fantastic voyage of pregnancy - your husband is as well, we forget they have fears, and nerves, and joys they need to share.
be considerate, they might be just as frightened and overjoyed.
chin up and congratulations, stay healthy, and don't stress out too much (no more coffee for you honey!)

You really don't.. I try to just remind myself that these overwhelming emotions are just because I am pregnant so they are only temporary.. and remind your husband of that too. I once read that during pregnancy a woman goes through almost 90 years of hormones.. it's a lot to deal with.. don't be too hard on yourself.

according to some people on here, I have no control over my emotions because i wanted to beat my hubby over takin my comfy nest i made for myself in the bed... owell... pregnancy is hard, and i find that a lot of the time i get emotional is because i dont feel like he understands or appreciates how hard it is.... i have found that if i tell him that he usually doesnt realize he is being insensetive to my feelings and he corrects it... but every once in a while it is ok to say sorry, even when you arent wrong.

Just let it go. I know its hard but trust me....I argue with my boyfriend over the dumbest things lately....Its all in the hormones. Next time he suggests counseling hit him over the head with a vase or something and tell him your pregnant not crazy!!!
