Many have and are still willing to. Not all people have a problem with theidea that in some situations people are in fact nude. Women in particular have found that going nude in films often turns them into serious roles. Even Michelle Phieffer has don a nude scene. Reese Witherspoon has gone topless. Sandra bullock went nude in a sex scene. Kate Winslett has done nudity from time to time. You name them and if they made it to the top they most likely have some nudity in their past. At least for the women.....

Yeah some do. Fewer are willing to do it these days because screen caps end up all over the internet.

Some do, some don't. Depends on if the celebrity has a no-nudity clause in their contract or if they don't care.
