Not true, they say that the hormone Hcg contributes to morning sickness, but is not the overall cause, and that sever morning sickness can mean higher than normal hormone levels, which they say is associated with a healthy baby, BUT they dont say that no morning sickness means an unhealthy baby, I am on my second and I suffered from hypermemsis Gravaradium, SEVERE morning sickness and this time i have not thrown once and only got nausea when I was exhausted or forgot to eat for a long time... and this baby is 19 weeks along and HEALTHY as can be... research it, but do not let it stress you out, lac of morning sickness is a blessing not a curse, Good luck

Just because you're not having morning sickness does not mean you'll miscarry. The only thing I've heard is if you DO have morning sickness, it's a sign that the pregnancy is going well because it means that your hormone levels are higher.

When I was pregnant with my twin daughters, I had no morning sickness....none! And they both came out healthy and happy. My sister has 3 kids, and she was sick with only 2 of them. Every pregnancy is different....try not to worry. Good luck, and congrats!

No they are just very misinformed. With my first pregnancy I had no morning sickness and had a healthy baby and normal pregnancy, the second pregnancy that lasted full term I had morning sickness every min.! They are both boys too....so it really just depends...pregnancies vary. But as for the m/c I have never heard that if you do not have morning sickness you will have one. Count it as a blessing you do not have it now.

It says clearly in every med book that 50 to 60% of women will suffer from morning sicknesses. I don't think it says that the othe 50-40% miscarry. Congrats!

I am now 38.5 weeks with # 1 and never had the first bit of morning sickness. Whoever told you that is trying to scare you. I think we should just consider ourselves blessed that we haven't had to endure morning sickness.

♥ That is definetly NOT true! Each woman and each pregnancy varies! A good friend of mine had no morning sickness with her boy and had horrible morning sickness with her twins... my little cousin had such horrible morning sickness she had to be put in the hospital on IV, and my co-worker didnt have any at all. It varies... so I would worry! Just breathe and dont stress! :-)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Don't listen to any person who wants to be a butt like that. Morning sickness doesn't hit everyone and if it does with one kid that doesn't mean that it's going to happen with all of them. Every woman and every pregnancy is different. So don't listen to negative people cause that doesn't help anything. I wish you the best of luck with you and your baby. Think positively.

That is NOT true. I have never had a moments morning sickness and my mom never did with any of her three children. You should just disregard the individual who told you this. It's o.k. Good luck and congrats!
