No, Bill O'Reilly's broadcasts are the most intellectually dishonest.

I generally like Tim Russert's interview style and his reporting---actually prefer his reporting to his interviewing.
I have often wondered if his is biased toward the right, or if he is just trying to be extra charming to them all because they won't come on his show unless he kisses up to them.
He is Catholic and most good Catholics are liberal, so perhaps his bias is really just the sucking up needed for the job?
I think he is just WAY too easy on the Dick Cheneys of the world but I understand the reasons behind that cushiness. If he's too tough on his guests they won't come back. If they don't come back he doesn't get to ask them anything, we don't get to see them weaseling out of questions, and NBC loses its market share.
So, I'm guessing that when you are a political reporter in D.C. you may have to play just as many greasing-the-wheel-games as the lobbyists do. What can be done about that? In part, we have to pass elections campaign funding legislation to get rid of the lobby system in Washington.
It's funny----politicians are kissed up to so much they expect EVERYONE to do it---even the press.

Russert's pretty unbiased I think.
LOL at Bud B above saying this; "If she can't stand up to the rest of the idiot dem candidates she will make us the laughing stock of the world if elected." As if Bush hasn't already made us the laughing stock...

Isn't the correct word "biased" not "bias"?
Russert is straight with a slight left bias. I think he's eminently fair.

Russert is a lib. It's sad that you dems actually think Russert is not fair. Do you just want him to sit their like Dianne Sawyer or Ellen and slobber all over themselves with glee. This lady wants to be President of the free world. If she can't stand up to the rest of the idiot dem candidates she will make us the laughing stock of the world if elected. I would rather other countries be jealous and afraid of us than laugh at us....

I think, in general, "patriots" should not trust Russert, because he seems to be too interested in asking *real* questions about real issues.

Mr. Potato Head? Yeah, pretty bias. But he does work for NBC, so.

Russert? He has a slight liberal bias, but overall, fairly balanced.
