hatshepsut is the obvious choice, there should be plenty of information freely available on her. nfertari and nefertiti were not actually pharohs but pharohs wifes and although very famous and made equal in many ways to their husbands still not strictly pharohs.
cleopatra is another, though she is greek by origin.
