Let's just say there is a tornado warning and it's about 1 mile from your home now. You go down into the basement with your family, and perhaps some friends and/or neighbors; then all of a sudden it starts flooding. The flooding is pretty much inexplicable; therefore, you have no way to put a stop to it. Do you stay in the basement with the risk of drowning or do you leave the basement and face the nearing tornado, trying to escape? What do you do?

I have lived through a Tornado, I wouldn't mess with one of those things...I would stick it out in the basement as long as I could.....and once it got really bad, I would move it to the surface and pray that the tornado is done or at least moved on....
