How do i find an EXCELLENT Chef for an Indian/Continental restaurant? I need the best!!?

Finding a chef is quite easy, finding an amazing chef is next to impossible..we have been trying for several months. I am thinking of flying over to India to recruit but it's just the hassel...
If you know of a good chef then please email me...

The area of the resturant will be West London (Harrow) and will be have accomodation available also..going to be a very up market restaurant..

Start with "Wanted, Head Chef for Indian/Continental restaurant, Salary £200,000 plus 50% Profit Share"

If you can't find anyone in the first month, double the Salary on offer ..
