Hemrroids? Returning hemrroids...ugh anyone>?? suggestions??? Are thong underwear contributing? Help?!

Since having my 2 children, I have had returning hemrroids. I have found that if I waer my thong all day it does irritate them.. Try wearing them only during work hours and changing into more comfortable choices or none at all. If you are going out, switch it up. Wear the comfy ones first and then the thong.

I have a problem with a hemorrhoid that won't leave. I have tried to use a special kind of bath called a sitz bath to try and shrink it before and also hemorrhoid creams and even a prescription for it but I'm going to have to have a doctor take mine out.

I would recommend trying the sitz baths to see if that helps you.
