deep down ladies want a gentleman with a sense of humor, someone who will listen when they are down and pick them up. make them laugh and care when they are upset..and a touch of romantic..
thats what my girl likes

The most important for me are:
honesty (not brutally honest, not mean, not smart alec) but just telling the truth and all the truth so that we can know where we are going as partners.
a man who is a gentleman, who doesn't tell all he knows outside of the partnership (regarding plans, money, feelings, relatives, sex, etc.), isn't verbally abusive, doesn't use bad words, doesn't have the bad habits of smoking, drinking, drugs, criminal activity.
I would prefer a man who attends christian services, or at the very least is close to God, country, and who respected his parents.
That he has good morals and values and has never been a criminal.
I would look for an educated man who has a future, who is self-sustaining and resourceful (mechanically), who can support himself and me in a committed relationship leading to marriage..
It would be a bonus if he could cook and clean (to share the load occasionally).
I would look for a guy who has a sense of humor, who can laugh with me and my antics.
Ability to get along (no fighting) and work together are more important to me than sex, although sex does play a part in every relationship.
I attract cute and slim guys (so no problem there), or maybe they are cute and slim if I like them.
Age is not important (as long as the guy is over 21).

I would like to think that ladies are looking for a man who is honest and fair and who can look after them. In reality they seem to prefer the bad guys or the ones with loads of money and then moan because they are treated badly or their "rich" man doesn't send much on them.
Hmm, I'm beginning to sound a little cynical here!!!

I think many women are confused to what they want. Some what this bad boy thug with long hair tats and a record.
They want a guy who would bash the cook at McDonalds becuz he put pickles on her burger and she said NO pickles.
They want this danger factor, this guy who has a past and if pulled over by the cops, they like not knowing what could happen. They want this bad boy they can believe in and rebuild for society.
I think many want a man who listens and romances them but there are NOT many of them out there.
It is sad that so many just want money. They dump a guy for another guy becuz he has a newer car or makes $3,000 more a year.
Me I know how to cook and I am romantic. NOT some punk thug...So I miss out on many types of women...

Really, this is a hard question.
It would be so easy to say a man with a sense of humour, honest, loyal and caring.
Condensing it: I just want a man who makes me feel good about us being together.

A man who cares for me and respects me as a person. Someone who will hold me when I'm upset and need a shoulder to cry on. Yet he must also be fun and enjoy exploring new places together. A man that I can call my lover and my friend!

Somebody to accept me as I am and not want to make me what they want. Somebody who will love me the same way I would love him.
I don't think it should be too much to ask that the man be honest, sincere, trustworthy and caring. When I love someone, I can be all of that and so much more.

I want good guy who is attractive, doesn't allow people to take advantage of him, has a sense of humor, isn't perfect, someone who helps to take my life experience to the next level, I'm his yin and he's my yang and we have to have similar interest.
Is that too much to ask? Lol.
