I think a great adult life would be far more fulfilling than a great life as a child.

What makes a great childhood? I believe I had one, but all that really entails is having fun, being happy, and coming out of it prepared to be an adult.

What makes a great adulthood? I think that will be different for everyone. Some people want great careers, others an accumulation on things, some want families, some want a spiritual happiness, etc...

Either way - a childhood only lasts 18 years or so, whereas adulthood can last, on average, 56 years. That is a long time, I'd rather that part be great.

Definitely an adult, but I was lucky, I had a great life as a child and am still having a great life as an adult.

I had a great life as a child and then when I was 11, everything changed. I was being bullied for years. I hated my teen years. Its so hoorible. Now that I am almost 20, I need to move on and have a great life despite the past.

Adult, easily. The adult life is longer, you have more capability (job is access to money, freedom to network). Having a worse life when you're a child might teach you some discipline and patience, and allow you to appreciate a better life attained as an adult.

If I could only pick one, I would say adult. As a child, if your life isn't so great, it sucks, but you really don't know anything different. As you grow and it gets better, then only in retrospect do you realize how not so great your early life was.

If your life was great as a child, and then progressively got crappier and crappier, then you would clearly know....that would totally suck.

If you have a great childhood you are able to carry it over into adulthood. If you have a bad childhood you could become an animal abuser or murderer, perhaps it would come out in road rage there are Lot's of ways a bad childhood festers itself.

Child
To me,its more fun.You can mess around a lot and basically just chill and relax.Go to school, hang out with friends, listen to music a lot more than you need to,and just having fun.And even if you get in trouble, its not as much trouble as when youre an adult.Besides,I think a child's mind is a lot more open than an adult's,so there are more possibilities. :]
