Thats for you to decide. Eveyones code of ethics is different. For me, I don't believe its unethical. Bringing an unwanted child into the world is unethical.

No, using contraceptives is not harming any unborn child. Abortion is what is unethical. People should use birth control if they are choosing to have sex and do not want children. it is the kind thing to do.

For some religious denominations, esp the Catholic Church, YES. But for me, NO. The Bible only tells to avoid abortion because you kill a life in that process. In using contraceptives though, you only kill the sperm. It cannot be considered as killing a life. Bible tells us to enjoy sex. (I forgot the passage, i'll add it later). It is the Catholic Church who said that sex is for child-bearing only and not for enjoyment.

No.

Surely it is better to kill a sperm that is totally oblivious to the fact that it even exists than to bring an unwanted baby into the world.

No! Why would it be? I don't believe in abortion, but I do believe whole-heartly in family planning. You and your child(ren) would have a miserable life if you brought them into the world and not have time, money and parenting abilities for them

No at all.

Having unwanted babies and sticking them in Orphanages so they can grow up to be a strain on our society and suck up our hard-earned tax dollars is unethical.
