If that is what was ordered by the court then you'll get it. Unless it's appealed (not sure if it can be)

Is this from the US government? If so, the monthly check will start on the Wednesday closest to, but not before, 30 days from the decision. They have six months to send you a retroactive check.

I can only speak for the Social Security Administration. My wife filed for disability (she has myotonic muscular dystrophy) and was approved. She was told she would get about $830.00 a month, but her first check was almost $7,000.00 for retroactive pay. She got that in early October and was told she'd get her first "regular" check the third week in November. Hopefully you're in the same boat.

Since you won, I'd say u'll get when u'll get it.
Siriusly, except they appeal, give 'em three to four weeks. The court order should have a time frame, if not, after about 4 wks, give 'em a call and if they don't comply, file a motion for contempt against them in court.
U don't have to go thru with that motion, the fact that u file one will get 'em moving.
