Sometimes facing the truth is worse than dying to yourself. But it is however, no worse than telling a lie.
When I face the truth, I often ask myself, "What am I doing? Who am I really? What do I need to do to change?"
Facing truth is not a wrong thing; but it's not something we should run from either. Instead, we should it as a building block in our lives. Another stepping stone in succession.
We fall down but that doesn't mean we shouldn't pick ourselves back up either. The way I see it, everyone deserves a second chance.
That's why we have tomorrow bro, another word for simply a second chance at life. If eveything was perfect, we wouldn't need tomorrow.

It is almost always hard to face the truth. Particularly when that truth has to do with my age!

*sigh* yes so hard. Especially when it came to my weight. My dr said I needed to come off of like 50 lbs. So did my son's father, although he used a little less tenderness than the dr. I'm halfway there now!

yes it is.. sometimes we don't want to accept the truth. so we turn our backs to it...but eventually we have to face it and the longer we wait the harder it becomes

Of course! I like to be right and sometimes I have to admit I am wrong. It is never fun to realize your the wrong one in an argument.
