No such thing as a "negatron". I think what you are trying to say is "Compare and contrast the electron and positron".

A positron is an anti-electron -- that is, it has all the same physical properties as an electron -- mass, size, shape, density, etc -- EXCEPT for the charge.

An electron has a charge of -1; a positron has a charge of +1.

If an electron and a positron collide, they would annihilate each other, releasing a great deal of energy.

Megatron is the leader of the decepticons... he's bad, we don't like him.

Positron is optimis primes little obnoxious brother... he's one of the good guys but really annoying. We really don't like him either.
