Ha! I do the exact same thing! I've done it so much lately, that I have rubbed a callus on the top of my foot! Does your heel go to sleep too? Mine does! : }

Tantalising through the indisputable fact that's to point that seduction is the reason, biology is really the wrongdoer. adult adult males and females are equipped otherwise -- yet you already knew that. Their pelvic bones are formed otherwise and prepare otherwise, so the femur suits into the socket in a marginally diverse way. And it is the reason why maximum adult adult males (no longer merely those on the subway) sit down with their legs splayed open. that's a more advantageous comfortable position. next time you're at a ball park, or stadium, take a seem on the way adult adult males are sitting. maximum would have their knees aside.

I have the same problem!!
I also sit cross legged on chairs, kneeling, leg flung over the arm rest. I just can't seem to sit properly.

The proper way is to have both feet on the ground for circulation reasons. Crossing of your legs causes varicose veins and pins and needles feelings.

It depends on how long i was sitting. I often change my legs positions, sometime crossed and sometime wide open. I do sit on one of my foot as well occasionally. Do as you like. Cheers!

For long sessions, most people keep changing the posture and sitting style, a few times, in an involuntary manner, to shift weight! But, what you have mentioned is a very common posture for ease and comfort!
