Yes, but I've learned that no matter how much you love this person and no matter how much you do for them or how much you buy for them, even if they say they love you, they'll never show it to you the way you show it to them, it's a give and take situation. But that's just my experience, I guess maybe I haven't married that one I deserve!

If I reverse the question and say "would I do anything for a woman", I can answer this much better. I recently tried to do everything for her. She wanted anything, I got it. She wanted to go somewhere, we went. She wanted me to do something, I did it. She didn't like the house, so I bought a new house. But it was never enough it seemed. And she moved out after about 1 week in the new house so I'm there alone again. And then she had the nerve to say "You said you were going to take care of me" and smashed my dvd remote.
Heh, so no, I'm thru with the one way street to love. People just take advantange of you.

Yes, if he is the man that I loved... I know some will find this pathetic, but there was once when my lover are not convinced that I truly loved him... So, what did I do? He challenged me to drink a cup of dish washing liquid, and I DID...
When I woke up, I was at the hospital, and I felt touched to see him crying next to me... I know that he will do the same for me too... Since then, we stopped testing each other...

Yes, I would for the right man. I am in love now. Have been for 13 years and he would do the same for me. No doubts. He has before and so have I. Commiment, sacrafice, compromise, forgiveness, understanding, support, peace, love. That's just a piece of what we give everyday to each other.

There is distinction between love and obsession.
Guys like to be loved but cannot stand girls who are codependent and compulsively obsessive over them.
If you watch The Office sitcom, think of the Indian Girl, Kelly Kapoor, as an example of a girl who is compulsively obsessive.

It depends. If he shows appreciation and reciprocates such devotion I would probably do more; otherwise, I'll just do something worthwhile with my time. There's no such thing as unrequited or unconditional love. In a romantic relationship, we all expect something in return whenever we give. We could never experience the true bliss in love unless the love we give is reciprocated.

You are talking the kind of love where you are happy to put him first and smile while doing it. The kind of love where you want him to be happy and when he is, you are happy.
For the right man who also felt that way about me, yes.

Only if he did the same for me. I will never ever put myself out on the line again for any man like I did Izzie's dad. I did that for him, gave him my all heart, body, soul, money and it still wasnt good enough. Nope, not unless he was the same way with me. I'm worth and deserve just as much!

Ya definitly if I really loved him. If he is a player, or a jerk then I probably wouldn't do all of that. Right now I am doing everything I can for this guy...
