Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and I was extremely sweaty and practically sticking to the bedsheets. My room temperature was -4 celcius or probably less.. Which is 20 something in Farenheit.

any ideas?

Interesting.. I had the room cold because usually it gets extremely hot upstairs and then I can't sleep at all. and no, i can't remember the dream ;/ i woke up at 4:50 and was sticking to the bedsheets and everything, and then i got out of bed for a minute and felt a chill so i hopped back into bed

I've had that to, maybe it was because you had a bad dream (that right now you don;t remember) that caused you sweat, or you are stressed.

Well, I've done that before. Can you remember your dream before you woke up? If you can't, then you probably just had a bad dream and it scared you a lot. Also, your covers could have made you hot, so that would help you sweat too. Hope I helped!
