What are the best universities for entrepreneurship during PHD studying?
I am a student who would pursue phd degree in US, I want to know what are the best universities for entrepreneurship? For example the universities who attract most risk investment, or are close to metropolis and hugh population.

I'm a little confused by your question. Are you asking about the best universities at which to get a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship? Or the best universities at which to get a Ph.D. while starting up businesses? If you mean the latter, I have to tell you that I can't imagine anyone having time to both start up a business and start a Ph.D. program at the same time - both are totally consuming processes.
If the former, there are so far very few programs specifically in Entrepreneurship; most Ph.Ds interested in that topic will get a broader Ph.D. in Management or Finance, for example, and then focus on entrepreneurial organizations. I did notice that the University of Washington has a Ph.D. program in entrepreneurship, though, and they are the only ones I have seen for which I would have a lot of respect for the school as a whole.
