It's pretty easy. Go to the neighboorhood level, click on the buliding tool, and move the family into the new hose. Note that they actually have to be able to afford the hose that is there before they can move, and that they sell off EVERYTHING in the old hose before they move.

Well ok pick your neighborhood and at the bottom their are squre click on it put your lot some where.then if you want to build on it you have to click it let it load then you press tools and there will be a long wall click on it and build a house then put the carpet in by pressing the square.after that press the door so you can build a door hope i help cya later! :D

you need to do building tools and then click on it and enter the house
