Ex girlfriend accused me of being the father of baby. Before we took test, I told her I would pay half and if I'm not the father I expected her to pay me back. She hasn't mentioned paying me since the test said no. Should I ask her for it?

Anyways if I were you I would cut it off at this point. If she wanted to give you the money back she would have said something about it. Look at it this way, the kid is not yours. There are no ties that bind you to that situation.

LEAVE it alone .. she has enough problems already with NOT knowing who the 'daddy' is ... and having a child (and raising the child to adulthood) is very difficult (and expensive).
I doubt she has the funds to pay the entire bill. So if you ever cared for this girl .. just let it be, and consider this as a life lesson .. one in which you were (fortunately, this time) found out to "Not be the Daddy" (which is what it seems like you wanted in the first place).

Thats up to you hun, however the kid may suffer and I know it harsh for you...But the child is an innocent in all of this.
Bit nasty on here part, and nice to see that some guys do take there responsibilitys on board!

Depends, how much, and wether or not you care about the child, even tho its not yours. If you let it be, you come out of the situation as the martyr. Just be glad its not yours, and next time, be safe enough to where you KNOW its not yours.

well you can or just look it as an investment for something that you wont have to pay for long term..(the kid)..lol..go ahead and ask but you also may want to just let it go.I am sure that she thought it was yours or she wouldnt of went through the whole rigamaroar...I also am sure that she is pretty depressed right now..you may want to consider that...come on let her make it..lol

I you think she is a good person and will use the money
for the child - let it go and know you did something good
for somone.
If she is a gold digger - ask for your money back.
