Try a site called The12volt.com for info on hooking up a remote start on a manual shift car....I put one on a 93 Ford Escort 5 speed and all I did was bypassed the neutral safety switch by jumping the wires together and always made sure the shifter was in neutral with the parking brake on when I parked the car. Mine had a kill switch for the remote start so no one could start it accidentally and I put notes under the hood and on the dash for it too.

I had Starbo (with answer back system) RS-2500 within the range of not over 300meters away, clear area/clear vision. The functions of it is to preheat the car/inside esp on winter or when its snowing. And on summer, it will air conditioned the car. Time limit from 5, 10 to 15 minutes. I chose 10minutes. The rest is the link that one user here gave.

any remote starter will work, bulldog, for example, they have a clutch bypass relay available for them... just make sure the car is NEVER in gear when you try to remote start...
