MBA is not a career. It is a master's degree. Anyone can get a degree but it's really up to you to make it a career. You can really make it what you want it to be. With an MBA you will probably make more money in the long run as companies tend to hire people with MBAs into positions with greater responsibility.

Whereas MBA involves lot of innovative decision making process backed with analytical skills, CA would primarily require following well established industry and trade practises.

You should make an independent evaluation of your skills and perform at least a review of the educational subject requirements and a detailed review of your own capabilities with someone who has taken these courses already.

Follow your heart & mind & your dedicated interest.
