I work in the service department at a car dealership. We have a drive thru that you drive right in to, we take your info and get your car done.

Why do people park outside, on the street, walk in and say, "I need my car serviced."

Don't I need your car to do it?

Are you morons?

Regurugg - I guess I should mention the 5 foot high by 10 foot wide sign that says 'PULL IN AND ALL THE WAY UP".

The customer is only "always right" to people who don't work in customer service.

When I go to the service department, I park outside. I have no way of knowing, in advance, if it is OK to drive in, unless there is someone directing me, or a sign is clearly posted. It has happened where people drive in, only to find that they have to back out and park.
Train your customers rather than being critical. Remember: "the customer is always right."
