I have kids, and yes, they've all met politicians. But it was always a "what a cute kid" or "you must be very a very proud papa" rather than an attempt at kissing one of 'em. There are much worse people out there than politicians, dear...clergymen come to mind.

I'll admit something. When Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was running for re-election, he came to our apartment complex. I wished he would've kissed my little girl, so that she would've had that memory, but he didn't.
But if I was a politician, I'd take pics with everyone and kiss those little buggers left and right!
