My beliefs in a higher being have something to do with it. But the real source of my happiness comes from the honest relationship I have with myself and with my God. If those two things are in order every other relationship I have in my life falls into place and life is good. When we truly understand what lies within ourselves there is no limit to our happiness.

Happiness is fleeting, it comes from happenstance. Like a joke that was funny the first time you heard it. A better question might be what brings you joy. Being around family and frineds for example.

Jesus Christ, His Gospel, and His Church. When I allow these to saturate my life...all aspects are better, I have more peace and joy, and things make more sense. It is only through these that anything else truly holds meaning.

1. my health (as hypochondriac, that is my first concern)
2. my children
3. friends and family (relationships in general)
4. learning (through books, through travels, through asking questions here and everywhere I go)

Spirituality?? Spirituality is inserted in all 4 items.

Peace!
