Apollo 11, Apollo 12, Apollo 14, Apollo 15, Apollo 16, Apollo 17; all landed on the moon.
Apollo 13 had technical failure and had to abort a moon landing, but they still orbited the moon.

Apollo 16: John Young and Charlie Duke make three lunar surface excursions, again using a rover to cover several miles.
Apollo 17: Gene Cernan and Jack Schmitt make three excursions using a rover, each lasting over seven hours, making a total of 22 hours spent walking or driving around on the surface; the longest time spent by man on the Moon to date.
