If someone uploads pictures and wants to tag you, is there a way to prevent it? or at least to have Facebook to ask you to confirm if you accept to be tagged on that picture or not?

You can remove tags of yourself from pictures if you want. Facebook will only ask someone to confirm a tag if the person who is trying to tag the picture is not the owner of the picture.
