A typesetter was setting type for an advertisment for an inn called The Horse And Cart.
His client was proofing the ad. and said;
There is too much spacing between Horse and And, and And and Cart.

The answer provided by AL can be iterated (repeated) as many times as required by having any number of lines with 'and' in them separated by an insufficient space, so that: "The space between 'And' and 'And' and 'And ... (ad infinitum) ...and 'And' is too narrow".
