Out of jail - last report is an undisclosed tape of him using the N word 6 times while talking to his son who is dating a black woman, He is apologizing to all concerned and is going to talk to his African/American pastor over his concerned release of the tape. He says that he was not attacking Black people, however his concern is over the woman's behavior and ultimate goals of her wanting glory and fame and that she is not right for his son. If you mean his extradition hearing to Mexico, he doesn't have to return. Right after the decision he began a book tour. I read his book, it's ok.
