Yes. No matter how hard you try, you can't make someone love you. Everything happens for a reason and ultimately, you will come out as a stronger person and more able to handle future relationships. Consider it a blessing in the long run.

Forget setting the person free, they were free with you and without you. If you mean should you continue to chase after the person, than I would say no....try and move on and you never know what might happen.

Yes because if you set them free you will meke them happy in life you will lose many people that you love but you will always will find some one new

I would only let them go if they didn't want to stay or if they weren't good for me. It does hurt like hell, but time will heal.
