i'm trying to get thin by reduce my food ( have breakfast, lunch & no dinner) and also by some sports. but my problem is i love dessert & sweet.

Try using "Splenda" sweetener instead of sugar. It is made from sugar and tastes exactly the same. It's good for diabetics and for people wanting to lose weight

you shouldnt skip dinner actually 3 meals each day is extreamely inportant.You could try eating sweets/dessert with less sugar in it and just exercise more thats much better as skipping meals isnt good for our body. or you could just jog around the pArk or something for about 40 min every day.i read in a mag that a celeb ate as usual but she exercised a lot and now shes lost quite a lot of weight.
