Yes, I do believe that love can last forever in today's world.
But only if it is tended, fed, nurtured. Love can't survive if it is neglected.

Jesus has been coming back soon for over 2000 years, hasn't he? Each generation, egomaniacal as it is, believes that the world will end with them. Why? Here's one theory: All that we know, remember, perceive, feel, understand and imagine of the world exists as physiological activity in the brain. To that extent, the world is the product of our brains. Among the things we know is that inevitably we will die, and that the physiological activity of our brains will cease. That being the case, the world will cease. What we do, as humans, is project this death of an individual world onto the world at large. When we die, the world dies. Thus it is, that we think of our own inevitable death as cataclysm that ends everything.

Yes- forever. Mom and Dad have been married 41 years, they are my role models. I've been married almost 12 years. My husband and I understand, respect, compromise, trust and of course love each other. I didn't get married until I was 27 and he was 36. That was just us, but it helped me to grow up, finish college, get a job, live on my own. I know I can make it without him if I had to, but I don't EVER want to.

yes because love stays within the person who feels it...it never goes away...falling in love sometimes fades but loving never does...even if you think you hate someone...you can only do that because the basis is love....
