The day you miss your period is usually the day you realise that something is out of the ordinary. Symptoms usually start at 4-6 weeks and they range from tenderness in the breasts to cravings to nausea. I remember one of the first symptoms of pregnancy as an overwhelming sense of fatigue. The following link will give you a week by week account of the changes happening during your pregnancy.

Everyone is different. I just found out I am pregnant. The only sign I'm experiencing is tender breasts and weird food cravings already. I'm not tired at all, if anything I'm more awake. I took 7 pregnancy tests till I got a positive one. I just felt like I pregnant. Good Luck. I'm 5 weeks and 3 days , first baby.

Baby dust your way.

Anything from a day to never. Some do, some don't. I know my boobs start getting sore from about 1 week after conception.

Each woman has her own set of symptoms.

Depends from woman to woman. Some get them within a few eeks, some not at all. it seems it has to be at least one week since conception though- there's no way you'd have symptoms the day after or anything.
