yeah its well sign posted and if you are arriving after dark its all lit up with red lights, so its easy to spot.
some good shops and restaurants there as well

I can assure you that the Mailbox shopping centre in the centre of Birmingham is very well signposted from all roads leading into the city centre. It has its own "logo" as well as the word "Mailbox" on the direction signs.

yep! its just down the road from where I'm sitting now!! there are quite a few signs pointing to it, you should find it fairly easily
