So lets have the NHS suspend him on full pay paending the outcome of the investigstion.

Gerry McCann is not a suspect for manslaughter. He has been made an official suspect so that the Police could ask him certain questions about the disappearance of his daughter. That in no way, makes him a suspect for manslaughter.

You however, are definitely Suspect.
