We have a lot of sex, even if I'm not really in the mood. I don't know what to do. I always ask him to have a bit of foreplay, but the longest htat lasts is two minutes.
What could I say or suggest to him?
I'm not very experienced, he's my first, but he is, so I don't know what to do...?

He's probably not that experienced either, and hasn't figured out how much fun foreplay can be.

Try this, and I'm totally serious. Get a kitchen timer, set it for, I don't know, 20 minutes. Tell him when the bell goes off, THEN foreplay is over. It'll force him to be more inventive, and he'll figure out how much better it can be with a warm up time.

INSIST on more foreplay. If he tries to jump in before you're ready lock your legs up or something and tell him to 'play' with you a little more. Use your hands on him it may slow him down a little. Tell him you want to get wetter (assuming you don't use lubricant). Tell him to turn you on more. None of those work? Tell him that the sex is getting BORING! I'm pretty sure that should get to him, may make him feel a bit insecure and work more at pleasing you if he loves having sex with you that much.
Good Luck :)

talking about it is always key in any situation, so speak with him, exactly how you feel. as for him, one thing to suggst is that he masturates before hand so he will last longer, he can also try the stop and go method so you both enjoy things more...that is where you have sex until he starts to feel like he is going to ejaculate and pulls out before he does and then when the urge goes away you continue...do it 3-5 times and it should make the experience much better, bbut it does take practice, but he can try this on his own by practicig during masturbation as well as when you have sex. good luck

I say put your foot down! It's your sex life too. You should tell him that you have sex with him when he wants it, even if you don't, because you love him, and you don't think it's fair that you have to beg for what you want, and still don't get it. Sex is a partnership, give and take. You giving and him taking isn't healthy for your relationship.
If he still doesn't change, and give you foreplay, you need to cut him off. He certainly doesn't seem to appreciate you, and why would you want to have sex with someone who doesn't appreciate you?
You need to stand up for yourself, show him you respect yourself and that he needs to respect you too. If he loves you he will listen.

He sounds a bit selfish. Tell him you need the foreplay and he don't get in until you get off.

Have him masterbate about 30 or 40 minutes beforehand, though of course many guys masterbate quickly, focusing on getting off fast instead of enjoying it-- which leads to training the body to ejaculate very fast. Good luck, until he learns to control himself, he may stay a rapid fire gun.

Talking about it always helps. Explain to him that he needs to focus on your needs too & its not fair that he gets what he wants how he wants & it over. This isnt a fight.. its a relationship... he needs to relate to what you need too.
