I'm trying to concieve with baby number 1 so I am not looking forward to that pregnancy symptom! lol
Try to remember to divide by 4 and that will always give you your months :) Use your calc on the computer if you want..
Just under 5months for 18 weeks.

Congrats!

Pregnancies are usually measured in weeks, not months, as it is more accurate. It gives a better idea of developmental stages which change so fast during a pregnancy.

A pregnancy is 40 weeks, which doesn't divide evenly into months (and there aren't exactly 4 weeks in a month anyway. Except February and we aren't counting that.)

If you weren't confused to start with, you certainly are now!!!!

So just remember how many weeks and you will be OK! Anyone who doesn't know what you are talking about will have a better non-preggie brain to work out months, so let them do the hard work!

that forgetfullness is affectionately known as "pregnesia" or "placenta brain" around here!

Try this website. It gives you weeks and months....

its 4.1 months by the way! you've got to take into account those extra 2-3 days a month so you are not 4 and a half or nearly 5 months

by the time i was pg with my fourth one it was tiring too LOL...and it seemed like i had more issues...of course i was older and heavier then i had been with my previous children. if you want to count it in weeks...you have a ten month pregnancy each month being four weeks long. so you are about half way there already so you should be feeling "thick" LOL...that i normal. don't worry. congratulations!

There are four weeks roughly in a month, so you are four and a half months pregnant. I suggest a lie down now. :)
